At the Council of Community Services, we are dedicated to providing services to people seeking to improve their lives. One of the ways we do this is through our Food Pantry program, which provides essential food items to those in need. We are currently seeking donations for our Food Pantry, and we are specifically in need of the following items:
- Pasta sauce
- Cereal
- Baking supplies
- Cooking oil
- Peanut butter
- Jelly
- Butter
- Milk
- Meat

When you donate to our Food Pantry program, you are making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. Your contribution helps us continue providing essential food items to our community and furthers our mission of supporting community members in need. We appreciate any donations, and we thank you for your continued support. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who are disadvantaged, in need, or poverty-stricken in our community.
How To Donate
If you're looking to donate to our food pantry, you can do so whenever our office is open: Monday to Thursday (8am - 5pm) or Friday (8am - 4pm). Our food pantry is open to clients from 10am - 4pm, but staff is available during regular hours to accept donations while stocking the shelves.
Donations can also be made to the soup kitchen. The best time to donate is before lunch is served at noon, but it's best to contact Randi – the soup kitchen manager – at 307-689-9638 to determine what they need and when to donate. If you have prepared food (such as catered event leftovers or hot pizzas), you can donate them to the shelter anytime, as it operates 24/7.
