What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring 2–4 Retrofit Installer Technicians to join our Weatherization Crew. Training is provided, so experience isn’t required—just a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic construction knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to adhere to safety standards
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass background check
- Must pass all required training for Retrofit Installer Technician
- Compassion and respect for diverse client populations
