What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring 2–4 Retrofit Installer Technicians to join our Weatherization Crew. Training is provided, so experience isn’t required—just a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic construction knowledge (preferred but not required)
  • Willingness to adhere to safety standards
  • Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass background check
  • Must pass all required training for Retrofit Installer Technician
  • Compassion and respect for diverse client populations
